OTEL & CASINO İŞLERİ


1.    Waiter / Waitress (GARSON)
Food and beverage servers take and serve customers' food and beverage orders. Your main responsibilities may include greeting and seating customers, taking food orders, setting and clearing tables, picking up and serving orders, informing customers of menu items, calculating the bill and taking payment. Duties will depend on the type of food service establishment.

A counter person in fast food restaurants operates a computerized cash register, takes orders and accepts payment, maintains a clean work area and stocks supplies. You may be expected to suggest menu items and serve alcoholic beverages.

2.    Front Desk Clerk (RESEPSİYONİST)
Front desk agents, once known as front desk clerks, check in and check out guests and receive payment from hotel guests for accommodation, room service and restaurant meals. Your duties and responsibilities vary depending on the hotel where you work.

When guests arrive, you register them and assign them their rooms. You answer questions about hotel services. You handle telephone and fax messages for guests. An important part of your job is to respond to concerns (and compliments!) from guests. If a guest says something, negative or positive, you respond in writing as well as in person. You fill out and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers, using either computerized or manual systems.

3.    Busser / Food Runner (GARSON YARDIMCISI / KOMI)
Busser or Food Runner person is responsible of carrying  food on tray from kitchen to the dining customers and help waiter to serve the food and beverages. Besides the prior duty of busser or food runner person, he/she should be able to set tables and clean tables to keep them clean and ready for each dining customer as well. When customer finish eating busser or food runner person moves empty food materials from table to kitchen. Cleaning utility in the end of the shift. They receieve tips from waiters.

4.    Housekeeping (KAT GOREVLISI)
Maintains cleanliness of guest accommodations, makes and turns down beds, changes linens, carries soiled linens to laundry and return clean linens to storage. Responsible for cleanliness of linen house. Remove trash and dirty linen from room, clean bathroom, make beds, dust and vacuum.

5.    Lifeguard (CAN KURTARAN)
Main responsibility of Lifegurad is to provide a safe and clean swimming facility to our customers. Giving necessary directions to customers who is not good swimmer or who is under age swimmer using the kids pool. Cleaning to property and keep it clean. Applying the general rules of the property about cleaning and safety.

6.    Dishwasher (BULAŞIKÇI)
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen. Operating the washing machine by applying operating rules and conditions which were defined by Utility Manager. Being accurate for senitation conditions and other utility duties as assigned.

7.    Kitchen Helper (MUTFAK GOREVLISI)
Assisting with food preperation in a fast paced environment. Duties may included to asisting with cooking and or cooking the food after receieving the order. Assisting with dish washing. Keep kitchen clean and maintainance of kitchen equipments. Duties may change by shifts kitchen helper is an employee in the kitchen and should be ready to do what is needed to be done in the kitchen like as preparing foods, washing dishes etc..

8.    Ride Operator (MAKINA SORUMLUSU)
Ride operator is the main responsible for games and amusement points which contains mechanical devices. Controlling if the machine is working properly based on its manual and checking if the game is played correctly. Check customers tickets and inform them about the rules and conditions of the game.

Concerning the responsibility of a ride operator they should have fluent english level to have a clear communication with customers. Operating the control panel of the game machine. Prepare customers in the manner of safety and game rules warn them to abide the rules.

9.    Game Attendant (OYUN SORUMLUSU)
Game attendent’s duties are included to explain games to customers and tell them rules and awards in case they win. Giving necessary equipments of the game  to customers and let them play the game. Cleaning and the maintanence of the utility. Management of cash registery and having cheerful appearance and behavours to make more customer interested in the games.

10.    Life Guard & Pool Attendant (HAVUZ GÖREVLİSİ & CANKURTARAN)
Main responsibility of Lifegurad is to provide a safe and clean swimming facility to our customers. Giving necessary directions to customers who is not good swimmer or who is under age swimmer using the kids pool. Cleaning to property and keep it clean. Lifeguards are expected to demonstrate professional and courteous behavior at all times and to implement  the property’s water safety and pool rules.

11.    Park Attendant (PARK GOREVLISI)
Various duties are included to park attendant. Maintanance, cleaning several utilities of the park, being responsible for diverse job descriptions like as ticketing, safety, groundkeeping, controller etc…Park attendant has no customized job description it will be changed depending on their personality and english skills.

12.    Photographer (FOTOĞRAFÇI)
Taking photos in Amusement and/or Water park and sell them. Talking to customers and travelers to take their photos when they are walking around or playing games. Keep camera in safe and use it properly. Giving daily reports and cash registeries to manager. Photographers may be responsible for video record as well but it depends their experience and desire.  

RESTAURANT & CAFE & BAR

15.    Sandwich Artist (SANDVİÇ YAPIMI)
Sandwich artists are responsible for whole area of their utility their job description may diverse with different duties. They should have ability to work in fast paced food service/customer service environment. Frying over hot oil, cooking over open flame, some grilling, cleaning equipment and area. They may also be cashier and responsible for cash registery. They may work also in sandwich bar to take customer orders and deliver orders to kitchen and/or prepare sandwiches. 

16.    Food-Salad Bar Runner  (YİYECEK - SALATA BARI REYON GÖREVLİSİ)
Food-Salad bar runner’s duties are included to fill bar for customers choices. Foods in bar should be full and fresh so that bar runner should be in touch with kitchen and keep all foods ready. Taking orders and foods from kitchen and set bar ready. Cleaning the bar and maintanance of utility. In case of receiving order; serving salad-food bar meals to customers or giving orders to waiters. Checking souces and other relevant bar foods if they are full and ready to use.

17.    Kitchen Helper (MUTFAK GOREVLISI)

18.    Hostess (HOSTES-KARŞILAMA)
Welcoming customers and escort them to dining rooms. Checking if customers have reservation or not. Being cheerful and smile customers. If customers need to wait hostess may guide them and demonstrate the property and its utilities. Hostes should have high level of communication skills and positive appearance to create a relax atmosphere.

19.    Dishwasher (BULAŞIKÇI)
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen. Operating the washing machine by applying operating rules and conditions which were defined by Utility Manager. Being accurate for senitation conditions and other utility duties as assigned.

20.    Security – Doorman (GUVENLIK)
Security Clerck or Doorman work for big restaurants or night clubs. Duties are variously included controlling of check-in points and handling cash registery. Doorman stands for whole shift along and responsible to abide employer’s rule by telling customers the rules of the utility. Doorman checks customers ID (passport or ID card) to recognize if they are allowed to come in or not.

Security Clerk is responsbile to abide employer’s rules in the entrance of utility by applying security checking rules. Warning customers if they have something not allowed to bring with themselves or they do something is not allowed to be done. Security clerk must be avaliable to work in night clubs where is possible to be in touch with drunk customers. Big restaurants have security clerks who are responsible to stand for whole shift along with radio phones and just check around if everything is clear and correctly done by employees and customers. 
 
 
MARKET & MAĞAZALAR

21.    Sales Associate / Sales Clerk (SATIŞ ELEMANI)
Sales Associates or Clerks work in stores, shops or warehouses and they must be able to work in face to face customer communication environment. Sales clerks should have high level of communication skills and familiar to USA curency in order to manage cash registery. Sales clerks take care of customer needs and requests. They should know all features of goods and advice customer what to buy. Sales clerks stands at the back of deck or display case and present goods to customers with necessary explanations.

Sales clerks may be responsible to report to their supervisor for their daily and/or weekly sales. They need to have positive attitudes. Sales associate are responsible to report daily cash registers and report correctly. Sales clerks usually Works in candy shops and /or school uniform stores. They sales candy or ice cream and prepare them at the backside kitchen, or they sale school uniforms. They should know USA sizes and each uniforms features in order to give correct information to customer and sale correct product. 
 
22.    Cashier (KASİYER)
Cashier’s duties are included to manage cash registery and operating the cash machine correctly upon employers rules and terms. American currency information is a must. Shift opening, checking vouchers and bills, credit or debit card (machines) using, are casiher’s duties. Cashier should have balanced account in the end of day and report to supervisor with cash and bills.

ULUSAL PARKLAR & NATIONAL PARKS
 
23.    Park Attendant (PARK GOREVLISI)
Various duties are included to park attendant. Maintanance, cleaning several utilities of the park, being responsible for diverse job descriptions like as ticketing, safety, groundkeeping, controller etc…Park attendant has no customized job description it will be changed depending on their personality and english skills.
 
24.    Groundskeeping (ALAN GOREVLISI)
Groundskeeper may work in various locations like as, amusement parks, water parks, national parks. Main duties are included to keep grounds clean and tidy. Collect and take solid garbages out in the end of day. Groundskeeper should abide the rules of employer to keep utility clean. Groundskeeper may work in resort areas or outdoor places. May clean toilets and or changing rooms in amusement parks and/or national parks.
